For reservations above 10 guests, considered as a large booking or event booking, kindly write in to janice@thewellgroup.co for tailored arrangements and requirements. Please do not make two separate bookings.

Deposit is non-refundable for no-shows.

Cancellation can be made 48 hours prior to the date of your reservation. Any cancellations made within the 48-hour period may result in a forfeiture of the deposit

Please call the restaurant if you are running late for your reservation if you wish to keep your table. Do note that we only hold tables for 15 minutes during peak periods.

During rainy weather conditions, customers may still need to wait for seats despite having a reservation. Our crew will try our best to avoid that from happening; however, the weather is not under our control, and outdoor seats may be compromised if it does rain.

Peak Periods are Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays during 11.30am - 2pm.
